Ingredients (1 cocktail)
- 2½–3 oz ROCK IT Vodka
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice (about ½ lime)
- ¾ oz simple syrup (see note)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
- Club soda, to top (about 2–3 oz)
- Ice (crushed is ideal)
- Lime wheel or wedge, for garnish

Method
- Muddle: In a sturdy glass or shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup—just enough to release the oils, don’t shred the leaves.
- Add ROCK IT Vodka & Ice: Pour in the vodka. Fill the glass ¾ full with crushed or cubed ice.
- Stir or Shake: Give a brief stir (or shake in a cocktail shaker) to mix and chill.
- Top & Garnish: Top off with club soda, stir once more, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
